Marketing Strategy
The existing strategy relied heavily on AdWords campaigns, which were not optimized for the right audience. Marketing efforts were paused to establish a baseline for site traffic and conversions. A new multi-channel strategy tested various platforms to identify those driving the right traffic and conversion, creating lifecycle efforts to support the sales team.

The Project Outcomes
With the rebranding and new marketing strategy, Kenzie Academy significantly increased enrollment over 18 months, achieving revenue and enrollment goals. The successful efforts attracted a larger educational institution, leading to Kenzie's acquisition at the peak of its enrollment.
